A small control unit is fitted under your normal telephone. It has a fixed "HELP" button on the front to press if help is needed. A "PORTABLE HELP" button is supplied, which can be worn either around the neck as a pendant or on the wrist.

The portable button will only work within the confines of your home and yard. (approx. 15 metres). We can also fit an optional movement detector in an often used room. If movement is not detected within a preset time, a report is issued to the control room.

If the "Help Button" is activated, a signal is sent to our Control Room. When a call for help is received, our operator will ring the premises to confirm the call for help, and will continue to call every nominated contact number until a message can be passed on. If there is no answer, a security officer is dispatched.
